What is Demi fine jewelry?
Regular jewelry comes in two types: Super expensive, real gold and diamonds (fine jewelry), and cheap stuff that turns color fast (costume jewelry). Demi-fine jewelry is like a happy medium. It's made with a strong base like sterling silver, brass or stainless steel and then a special coating to protect it like 18k gold plating or rhodium plating. This makes demi-fine jewelry look great and last a long time, without breaking the bank.

Shipping
We provide free standard shipping on any order placed in the India. Packages are shipped out through Blue dart unless you select a different shipping method.
Expedited shipping on products placed Monday through Saturday before 2pm IST will be shipped the same day. Orders that have been placed after 2pm IST will be shipped the next day. Orders that are placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
Though most orders are processed in 24 hours, it could take up to 2 business days to process before shipping occurs.

Return
You can absolutely return your item to us, within 7 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, and we will send you the new item.
