This warranty ensures that any defects in materials and workmanship related to the underlying sterling silver or base metal, as well as the 18k gold plating or rhodium plating, are covered.

While normal wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, and tarnish, is to be expected, the warranty does not extend to these aspects. Additionally, it does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper cleaning, or storage. Loss of the product and wear and tear on the plating are also not included. It is acknowledged that over time, gold plating and rhodium plating will naturally wear off.
